CANAPAMALTA is a natural pre-mixed mortar made from raw materials of natural origin — powdered hemp wood, natural lime and specific additives. When mixed with clean water, it produces an easy-to-apply mortar with low embodied energy and high CO₂ absorption during production.
Application
Used as a binder for external infill walls and internal partitions built with CANAPLOCK or traditional bricks. Used also to apply render coats, rough plasters and wall cuts, and for bonding insulating panels and floors.
Installation
Mix with clean water in a planetary or mechanical mixer for 4–5 minutes until homogeneous. Allow to rest briefly before application and use a standard bedding mortar.

Warnings
Do not use below +5°C or above +30°C. Do not use on frozen substrates, during thawing or when frost is expected within 24 hours. In summer conditions, protect from rapid drying by keeping the substrate moist.
